Vhio Trevie Artwork

Projects Showcase

A cinematic glimpse into Jakarta through Vhio Trevie’s lens — film grain, neon light, and the quiet rhythm of a city in motion.

Light Leak on a Quiet City

A flare slips across the frame—uninvited, yet strangely essential. Imperfection becomes narrative; the silent city softens into something remembered more than seen.

Skylines Before Storm

Buildings stand at the edge of weather and intention, caught between calm and the promise of collapse. A skyline holds its posture, revealing a tension that feels both intimate and inevitable.

Rush Hour Reverie

The city dissolves into motion—headlights blooming, bodies stretching into light, rhythm overtaking form. Chaos becomes choreography, a reminder that even unrest has its own kind of grace.

About the Artist

Vhio Trevie is a photographer, video editor, and creative director whose practice moves fluidly between analog sensibilities and contemporary visual storytelling. Guided by a quiet, introspective curiosity, his work often lingers in the tension between stillness and motion—where cities breathe softly and light becomes an unspoken narrator.

Exploring self-portraiture, street environments, architectural forms, and nocturnal urban life, Trevie frames the world with a minimalist precision that feels both personal and observational. His images carry a cinematic quiet: grain-like textures, softened edges, and a mood that leans toward the reflective and atmospheric. Rather than documenting, he distills—transforming familiar scenes into emotional topographies shaped by light, distance, and memory.

Across mediums, Trevie approaches each frame as a study in interiority. The photographs invite viewers into a contemplative pause, offering moments where silence becomes a language and the ordinary reveals its understated complexity. In his work, the city becomes a vessel for introspection, and every shadow holds the trace of a story just out of reach.
