you will feel better. you will be ok.
You will feel better. You will be ok. Page 1 (Indonesia, 2019) If you read this, I want you to know that I pray for you. Wishing you well, both physically and mentally. Whenever you are, however you are feeling right now, I want you to remember all the things that makes you happy, satisfied, solitude, complete and whole. Now, take your time and sit for a minute or two. Take a deep, deep breath. Tell yourself silently, “Thank you for giving me another chance to live”. Those are the words that I kept on telling myself over and over again. Reflection To feel. To be (Eunoia, 2021) So when you’re feeling down and things get a little tough, rough, and out of hand, try to stop for a minute and just think of everything and everyone you have. Think of everything that you’re grateful for. You can start from simplest and smallest thing such as thanking God for giving you another day of life. I promise you, you will feel better. Not because of the problem will solve itself. It is the feeling of wanting to solve it by yourself. The feeling of wanting to get up and find a way to keep moving forward. I promise you, you will be ok. You’re gonna be ok.
